This is written to be short and sweet, so please read in it’s entirety. Stoltec Moto is a labor of love and customer service is paramount. However, please be aware of some basic ground rules. Reasonable measures will be taken to ensure that your satisfaction is met. If we screw up, we’ll take care of it; if you have buyer’s remorse, read the return policy carefully.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted on orders that have not been built or shipped and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Stoltec Moto pays credit card fees on every order and these fees are non-refundable to us. Without this cancellation fee, your cancelled order costs us money. Please be sure you want to place the order before doing so.
Returns
Returns are accepted on new unused items within 14 days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee (excluding fork products, services rendered, and any custom built item including brake lines). Items must be in the original packaging that you would be happy to receive from us if you paid for a new item. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Core Charges
The core came to you in pristine condition – clean, oil free, and ready for use. If we have to spend time cleaning your core return, you will be charged $25 – NO EXCEPTIONS! Please return the core to us exactly as you’d like yours to arrive!
Cores must be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery in order to be eligible for a core charge refund – another customer is patiently waiting for you to finish. Core charges are refunded to the customer upon inspection of undamaged core. Please allow 3 business days after receipt for inspection. If the core is not received within 15 calendar days of customer delivery, we assume you have grown fond of the core and are keeping it; we’ve already replaced it. If something comes up on your end, shoot us an email. Life happens and we’ll do our best to work with you.
