Description
The Sirris R46 shock is the pinnacle of rear suspension magic for the Sur Ron Ultra Bee. This shock dwarfs the stock KKE shock’s 35 mm piston with a full-size off-road shock’s 46 mm piston. From top to bottom, this shock is architected to perform like a full-sized dirt bike shock. Built by the off-road experts at Sirris, this shock is easily rebuildable and available in a variety of tuning configurations and spring rates. If you’re frequently bottoming out, wallowing through corners, fading mid race, or losing traction on the climbs, this shock is your answer. When combined with the right gearing and tire selection, the rear end comes alive.
Available in the following configurations:
- Trail – The most versatile configuration. Sporty and supportive, designed for going fast over a wide variety of terrain. This is what we run on our Ultra Bee and is our primary recommendation for most riders.
- MX – A motocross-specific tune with balance, control, and bottoming resistance for the fastest speeds. Firmly tuned for maximum control and support for huge jumps, whoops, and fast cornering. Sacrifices trail plushness for improved bottoming resistance.
- SX – Developed in conjunction with Josh Hill to deliver ultimate performance for riders who push the limits. Firmer damping and spring rates for professional grade punishment. This is not for the faint of heart or if you’re not clearing 50 footers!
