Snatchy throttle got you down? Looking to add an exhaust and want to get the fueling right, eliminate popping, and get that throttle buttery smooth? Look no further! There have been several ECU releases over the course the FZ-09, FJ-09, and XSR900’s and some are better than others. At the end of the day, they are all compromised for regulatory compliance and can use some help.
Beyond the factory restrictions, this bike-side kit gives the end-user full access to the ECU. You’ll gain access to the following parameters:

If all that sounds like it’s too much for you to handle, you can rest easy! We’ll provide our base throttle maps for your use. These throttle maps have been optimized over several years and many iterations to provide the absolute smoothest on/off/on throttle transitions possible. Engine braking has been honed in to a reduced level.
Fueling/timing will be on you (or your tuner). Alternatively, you can utilize FT-ECU’s Active Tuning Kit which puts the power to create seamless fuel maps into the average customer’s hands. I added an Akraprovic full Titanium system to my 2018 MT-09. Without the Stoltec tune, performance was much worse than stock exhaust.
With the Stoltec tune everything was super smooth, both for cruising and aggressive riding. AWESOME !!!
